Welcome to your JDS Food Delivery store page! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this dedicated online space on the JDS Food Delivery platform. By utilizing this page, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, in conjunction with the broader Merchant Partnership Agreement you have entered into with JDS Food Delivery.

1. Content Accuracy & Updates

  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information displayed on your store page (including, but not limited to, menu items, prices, descriptions, images, business hours, and contact details) is accurate, current, and complete.
  • Updates: You agree to promptly update any changes to your menu, pricing, availability, or operational details. Failure to do so may result in customer dissatisfaction, order cancellations, or other negative impacts for which JDS Food Delivery is not responsible.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not display any content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise violates any applicable laws or JDS Food Delivery’s policies.

2. Order Management & Fulfillment

  • Order Acceptance: You commit to promptly accepting or rejecting orders received through the JDS platform within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Preparation & Quality: All food and products prepared for orders received via JDS Food Delivery must meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and hygiene, consistent with what customers would expect from your physical establishment.
  • Delivery/Pickup Readiness: You are responsible for ensuring orders are ready for delivery or customer pickup within the communicated timeframe, as per your operational capabilities and the expectations set on your store page. As stated in our primary agreement, you are the delivery provider for orders from your store.
  • Customer Service: You agree to handle any customer inquiries or issues related to the quality or accuracy of the food/product delivered with professionalism and efficiency.

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Consistent Pricing: Prices listed on your JDS store page should generally be consistent with your in-store pricing, unless otherwise agreed upon for specific promotions.
  • Promotions: Any promotions, discounts, or special offers you wish to run through your JDS store page must be clearly communicated to JDS Food Delivery in advance and accurately reflected on your page.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You grant JDS Food Delivery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish your brand name, logos, menu items, images, and other content provided by you on your store page and for JDS Food Delivery’s marketing purposes.
  • JDS Platform: The JDS Food Delivery platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the sole property of JDS Food Delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • JDS Food Delivery acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting merchants with customers. We are not responsible for the preparation, quality, safety, or delivery of food/products sold by you.
  • JDS Food Delivery is not liable for any losses or damages arising from inaccuracies in your store page content, delayed order fulfillment by the merchant, or issues with product quality.

6. Termination

  • JDS Food Delivery reserves the right to suspend or terminate your store page access if these Terms or the main Merchant Partnership Agreement are violated, or for any other reason deemed necessary by JDS to maintain platform integrity.
  • Upon termination, your store page will be removed from the JDS platform.

7. Amendments

JDS Food Delivery may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of your store page will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

By maintaining a store page on the JDS Food Delivery platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Merchant Store Page Terms & Conditions.
