Shipping Policy 1. Delivery Area:JDS Food Delivery serves Jaen and nearby areas. Please check the JDS app for specific service availability in your location.2. Delivery Times:Delivery times may vary depending on the merchant, order volume, and traffic conditions. Estimated delivery times will be provided in the JDS app upon order confirmation.3. Delivery Responsibility:As per our Merchant Agreement, the merchant is responsible for managing the delivery of the order or preparing it for customer pickup. JDS acts solely as the marketplace.4. Order Tracking:Customers can track the status of their order through the JDS app.5. Delivery Issues:For any issues related to delivery (e.g., late delivery, missing items, damaged orders), please contact the merchant directly using the contact information provided in the JDS app. JDS is not responsible for the direct delivery of orders.6. Customer Pickup:If the customer chooses the pickup option, the order will be prepared by the merchant for customer collection at their designated location.7. Changes to Delivery Information:Any changes to delivery address or contact information after an order has been placed must be communicated directly to the merchant. JDS cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once an order is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy 1. General Policy:JDS Food Delivery acts as a marketplace connecting customers with local merchants. All sales are ultimately between the customer and the merchant.2. Eligibility for Refund:Refunds or cancellations are subject to the individual merchant's policies.JDS is not responsible for issuing refunds for orders that have been successfully placed and prepared by the merchant.3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect order, they must contact the merchant directly to resolve the issue.The merchant is responsible for preparing orders accurately and to the high quality customers expect, and for managing the delivery.4. Order Cancellation by Customer:Order cancellations by the customer are subject to the merchant's discretion and may depend on the stage of preparation of the order. Please contact the merchant directly for cancellation requests.5. Order Cancellation by Merchant:If a merchant cancels an order, any pre-payment made by the customer will be subject to the merchant's refund process. JDS is not responsible for processing these refunds.6. Payouts and Commissions:JDS only earns a commission on successful orders. If a refund is issued by the merchant for a successful order, the commission for that order will still be applied as per the Merchant Agreement.7. Disputes:Any disputes regarding refunds or order quality should be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant. JDS will provide support for using the platform but does not mediate or resolve disputes regarding order content or quality.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy 1. General Policy:JDS Food Delivery operates as a marketplace facilitating connections between customers and local merchants. All transactions, including cancellations, returns, and exchanges, are ultimately between the customer and the merchant.2. Order Cancellation by Customer:Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact the merchant directly as soon as possible.The ability to cancel an order and any associated refunds will be at the merchant's discretion and depend on the stage of order preparation. Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, or a full refund may not be granted.3. Order Cancellation by Merchant:In the event a merchant must cancel an order (e.g., due to item unavailability), the merchant is responsible for communicating this to the customer and processing any applicable refunds for pre-paid orders.4. Returns and Exchanges:JDS does not handle returns or exchanges of food items or products sold through its platform.For any issues regarding product quality, incorrect items, damaged goods, or dissatisfaction that may warrant a return or exchange, customers must contact the merchant directly.Merchants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of prepared orders and for managing customer satisfaction related to their products.5. JDS's Role:JDS's responsibility is limited to providing a platform for merchants to list their products and for customers to place orders.JDS will not mediate disputes related to cancellations, returns, or exchanges of products. Any such issues should be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant.6. Payouts and Commissions:JDS's commission of five percent (5%) is charged on successful orders. If a merchant issues a refund or accepts a return/exchange, the commission for the original successful order will still be applied as per the Merchant Agreement.
